” I’m just returning to semi-serious hobby photography after about a 20 year absence. My last camera used in this regard being a Cannon AE1. Anyway, the T2i is my new toy. With the small lense count (2) that I have right now, and the small accessory count, this bag is perfect.
With the standardization attributes accross many accessories, etc… one would expect the pockets and things to fit ‘just right’, and they by all means do. All of the internal partitions can be relocated if necessary, though I’ve not found need to do so yet. Probably the coolest of the partition tricks are the two “buffer” L-shaped pieces that you can adjust vertically on one side of the camera to safely store the body with lense attached in padding. Very cool for quick draws, etc.
All zippers seem sturdy, the female portion of the strap clasps are metal, while the male are plastic. The strapping goes completely around the bag, which is a nice touch. Also there is velcro connectivity inside the lid on the sides to further strengthen the bag’s closed posture. Oh, and the tripod straps built accross the bottom of the case are a nice touch.
Other than that, the spare battery works and is as handy as a spare battery should be. The HDMI cable functions and since that’s 1’s and 0’s, that’s about all you can ask for as well.”

“ This is a good bag for the money. it’s not a great bag, but very useable. with a few bucks and a trip to REI, it can be made much better however.
first, get yourself a 40 inch long, 1 inch wide webbing lashing strap, with a quick release buckle on the end. should be about 2 bucks. use that to wrap the bag through the lashing anchors on the sides of the bag. this acts as a very good compression strap, and gives you an added measure of security. close the bag with the zippers below the strap, and it’s harder for would be thieves to open your bag while you are carrying it. it also allows you to open the top half of the bag, and grab your camera without letting the other contents of the bag fall out. since the top of the backpack is cut inwards, the camera is fairly easy to grab for those quick shots. not as fast as a messenger bag, but better than having to put your bag on the ground to get your camera out.
next, get a pack of 1 inch tri glide buckles. use those to tidy up the 40 inch lashing strap, and the long adjustable shoulder straps. stuff the waist strap into the small storage area in the bottom back of the bag, and poof! you now have a neat, and much more useable bag for a few bucks more.
a velbon luxi SF tripod fits great into the front pocket with the 1/4 inch compression cords.

This is a very high quality case and the price is unbeatable. Our Rebel T1i and all of its accessories fit perfectly in there.
I am very pleased with this bag. It is a perfect fit for my Canon EOS 20D camera body and two lenses plus flash unit. Plus, there is room for another lens (a soon to be added zoom lens). Plenty of compartments and zippered pockets around the perimeter for carrying accessories. It even has a strap on the bottom for carrying a tripod. The bag is lightweight, water repellant, and has the interchangeable dividers so you can arrange the interior contents into any configuration you like. Well worth the price and works fine unless you plan on carrying more than 3 lenses.
